Performance Rapport

Performance Rapport × RUE studio: a web app for Swiss recruitment agencies that turns the phone system into readable numbers every week — and prints the report for the review meeting with it.

Attitude

A recruitment agency lives on phone activity, and the system already logs every single call. Only nobody reads the raw data — so the review meeting runs on instinct, and whoever has been slipping for three weeks is noticed once the placements stop. We are interested in tools that finally make an existing trail usable instead of demanding a new one.

Our task

  • Read the phone system's call data automatically instead of having somebody export it by hand.
  • Compute a trend from the history that does not report ordinary fluctuation as a decline.
  • In the end one page the manager takes into the meeting — not a dashboard nobody opens.

The numbers are already in the system

Every call is logged — time, duration, direction. Only nobody exports log files weekly to go and look. The product starts exactly there and asks for no new source of data.

Trend, not snapshot

A regression line runs across the last weeks per consultant, with a dead band around zero. A quiet week is not an alarm — three consecutive weeks of decline is.

One page you take with you

A4 landscape, one sheet per consultant, at the press of a button. With the weekly curve and the outliers — prepared for the review meeting, not for the filing cabinet.

Not a surveillance tool

No conversation is recorded and no content is read. What is processed is extension, time, duration and direction — and what is computed from them. The privacy notice sits in the app and is reachable without a login.

Straight to the developer

No sales layer in between, no ticket system, no handover between three suppliers. Every client gets their own installation with their own database — the data stays exportable at any time.
