On top of what is already there
Most companies already have their numbers — in a database, a system, a spreadsheet. They are just not readable. We build on top of that instead of demanding a system change. No CRM switch, no data migration.
In phases, at a fixed price
First a small, clearly bounded phase with a price you know in advance. If it holds up, the next one. That is more honest than a six-month estimate nobody can keep.
And afterwards
Operations, updates and support stay with the same person who built it. The data stays yours and can be exported at any time — including if you eventually carry on without us.
Performance Rapport came about exactly this way: reporting that reads from an existing phone system, in use at Swiss recruitment agencies.
